A Rotary Table is a simple and tidy way to collect or accumulate products as they come off a conveyor. Each rotary table is purpose-built to the height, diameter and function you need, so it fits neatly into your layout and works cleanly with your existing machinery. 
 
If you're filling boxes by weight, we can fit the table with an integrated scale so that once a box reaches the set weight, the table indexes round automatically and brings the next empty box into position. It's a straightforward way to automate repeated packing tasks and reduce the amount of manual handling on the line. 
 
Our control cabinets are built in-house using reliable electrical components and can include auto functions, speed adjustment and start/stop control for connected conveyors. The whole system is designed to be easy to run, low maintenance and comfortable to work around. Rotary tables can also be supplied as fixed units or on castors if you need flexibility to move them between lines.
